The Guardian’s 10:10 campaign – can it save the planet?

“All the talking, all the documentaries, all the international negotiations have resulted in a net achievement of less than nothing: global emissions just keep going up and up.”

But is the Guardian newspaper’s ’10:10′ campaign, launched on 1st September 2009, “our chance to save the world”, as Franny Armstrong, director of film “The Age of Stupid”, claims?
