Gordon Brown put on the spot on the radio (Thurs 23rd)

Des Mannay reports:
“I have just tackled Gordon Brown and department of works and pensions minister face to face on Vestas occupation, tuition fees, the Welsh Assembly scrapping Tuition Fee Grants and job losses at London Met.”

Listen here.

Good that Brown is talking about this, even though his answer is waffly… let’s keep up the pressure in all ways we can.

  1. As a Labour Party member can I give my thanks to Gordon Brown for offering us the most long-winded, non-commital answer of all time. ‘Doing a lot up there’ – Bollocks. This is the only manufacturing plant in the country, buying them and erecting them is a completely seperate exercise. Save Vestas!
