Lots of climate news today – we can expect more and more stories in the run-up to the UN climate change conference in Copenhagen (12-18 December). Nicholas (Lord) Stern, author of the mightily influential Stern Review Report on the Economics of Climate Change, has said that we need to eat less meat as part of combating climate change.
